That will change for the type of cleanings. Residential homes and
commercial buildings should have their windows cleaned professionally at least
once a year. A semi annual cleaning should be performed on the outside
windows to remove dirt and grime from the elements. For homes and
buildings close to freeways and the ocean we highly recommend a tri annual
cleaning schedule because of the harsher elemental conditions.
For retail or customer facing windows we suggest being cleaned more often.
For foodservice, window cleaning should be done weekly to bi-weekly. Other
retail outlets should be cleaned bi-weekly to monthly.
We are based out of the Fountain Valley
and Huntington Beach area and we mostly work in central Orange County. Of course if you live outside
of Orange County we would love to help you as well, but there may be a trip
charge applied.
